Richard Curtis is the Publisher and Editor for Wineries Refined. He was most recently the Production Manager for Homes & Land of the Okanagan and the Thompson/Kootenays. Prior to this Richard worked for several years in the feature film industry as a Production Design Coordinator and most recently as a Production Manager for Rainmaker Entertainment and The Weinstein Company.

His experience also includes nearly 20 years in the service & hospitality industry, ranging from sales and service to management. Richard is a graduate of the Art & Design Foundation program at the Art Institute of Vancouver and graduated with a double portfolio as both a Designer and Producer. He has also studied Producing and Editing at Vancouver Film School as well as Business Administration at the University of the Fraser Valley.

As the Publisher and Director of Client Relations, Dale Sharein has the enviable task of creating and nurturing relationships with the wonderful business community of the Okanagan Valley. Having a strong passion for food and wine, Dale has spent over 12 years in the Service & Hospitality industry, running several award winning restaurants.

Dale studied Business Administration and Communications while attending Mount Royal College and as a former and current Kelowna small business owner he understands the struggles and demands of today's market. A true entrepreneur at heart, Dale is the driving force behind Refined Publications Inc. and is dedicated to providing our clients with the best experience possible.
